Job Description

1.1. Formulate overall plans for new product kick-off, design, R&D stage review, trial production, production and launch, and be responsible for the project progress and overall quality.2.2. Be responsible for project progress, risk control, resource scheduling, early warning and backup emergency plans within the product development cycle.3.3. Monitor how the plan is being implemented, suggest and modify the project plan as needed, and quickly identify and determine the causes of any issues that could prevent the project from being completed on schedule.4.4. Supervise the implementation of branch plans over departments, and arrange for departmental collaboration and communication during the project implementation.5.5. Provide regular and timely reports on the project status, phased results, and the accomplishment of key milestone tasks. 6.6. Communicate promptly on the issues that have arisen or could arise during the project, gather the necessary resources to address and resolve them, put forth alternative plans, and monitor their implementation.7.7. Standardize project management and collaborate with the quality management divisions to effectively manage the product quality.8.8. Coordinate and lead the project wrap-up, which includes project overview, summary of project goals achieved, review and analysis of the project implementation process, and summary of issues and lessons learned. Assist the product manager in meeting customer requests and coordinating customer service and support once the project is moved to mass production.
