You’ll be part of a passionate group of colleagues who enjoy solving technical challenges and celebrating success together.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you’ll be the central link between clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders. You lead projects from A to Z and ensure that we deliver high-quality, custom-built test systems, on time, within budget, and aligned with customer needs.After an intensive onboarding and training period, you'll quickly become familiar with our solutions, tools, and processes.In this role, you will:Manage project scope, planning, budget, and risk strategyCoordinate international, cross-functional teamsLead project kick-offs and maintain alignment throughout executionMonitor schedules, project costs, and qualityBe the main contact for internal and external communicationGuide change management and influence project successMaintain strong customer relationships and represent Averna in a professional wayEnsure thorough project closure with clear documentation and follow-upQualificationsYou hold a Master degree in engineeringYou have minimal 5 years of experience in technical project management (hardware & software)You’ve successfully managed multi-site, multi-disciplinary project teamsYou’re a natural communicator, structured and solution-orientedYou’re fluent in Dutch and EnglishYou’re comfortable with project tools (e.g., MS Project)You have a practical mindset and stay focused, even when things get hecticYou’re able to travel occasionally (10–15%)Additional InformationWhat's in it for YOUAt Averna, you’ll join a growing and human-focused company where you have room to take initiative, work on cutting-edge technology, and be part of a truly international environment.We offer:A dynamic role with a real impact on projects and clientsA collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge-sharing and celebrates achievements together.
