By combining virtual and in-person counseling, community support, and access to life-saving medication, we help people move beyond addiction to find belonging, love, and purpose.If you’re looking to roll up your sleeves and meet hard challenges head-on, then we’re looking for you.The role:Our team is seeking a Project Manager who will collaborate with leaders across the organization, planning, managing and completing assigned projects within deadline, budget and quality requirements. Most importantly, this role will lead some of our highest impact, mission critical projects focused on a varied portfolio of initiatives significantly impacting member care and our employee experience.Unless otherwise specified, this position is remote (work from home) with expectation of attending team meetings quarterly. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Connecticut.What you will do:Develop project plans, soliciting input from the team and key stakeholders on plan and project designLiaise with end users to determine scope of project requirements, available resources and required project timelinesPrepare cost estimates and develop proposals for all changes requested that affect the projectEstablish responsibility for assigned project(s), tasks and milestonesEstablish clear decision-making and communication processes; monitor project progressAnalyze and resolve any problems associated with technical, resource, and/or project integrationIdentify resource needs for the project; establishes roles, expectations, and goals with identified team members from the functional areasSupport project by leveraging best practices, experiences and know-how from other resourcesResponsible for implementation of change requestsResponsible for cost analysis, process improvement and problem resolutionResponsible for strategically developing the project for future sustainabilityServe as point of contact on all administrative matters and other resource needs among key stakeholders to effectively execute strategic initiatives and/or develop strategic programsAbility to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to senior leadership and key stakeholdersRare regional travel (Northeast) as requiredYou are a good fit if you have:Bachelor’s degree2-3+ years experience in project management or healthcare operations is requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDedication to completing challenging tasks in a fast paced and evolving environmentAbility to prioritize projects to meet multiple deadlinesFanatical attention to detailAbility to work independently, but communicate and escalate problems appropriatelyCreative problem solverSolid communication, technology, analytical and management skillsIt will also be great if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or similar fieldHealthcare experience preferredStartup experience strongly preferredProject Management certification (PMP) preferredWork location requirements:BLP operates in hybrid and remote work environments, which allows us to better meet our members and partners where they’re located. Candidates applying for this role must be willing and able to travel locally within the communities we serve and/or travel to onsite meetings as expected in coordination with their department and business needs.
