Blayze Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading commercial general contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile K12 construction projects in the Dallas, TX area.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in managing education-related builds to join a company known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term careers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive pre-job plansLead weekly staff and production meetingsDetermine appropriate construction methods and techniquesOversee and ensure top-tier quality control throughout the projectMaintain project schedule, including creation of 2–3 week look-ahead plansAllocate manpower and resources effectivelyManage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors dailyProactively identify and resolve on-site issuesEnsure job site cleanliness, safety, and organizationQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (K12/School project experience highly preferred)Proven ability to lead teams and manage all aspects of site constructionExcellent communication and leadership skillsStable employment historyDegree in Construction Management or related field is preferredWhat’s on Offer:$110,000 – $135,000 base salaryFull benefits packageJoin a reputable GC with a strong presence in the Texas marketOpportunity to manage impactful K12 projects that benefit the community
