Job Title: Civil Project ManagerBrief Job Description: Responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil construction projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Civil Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage all phases of civil projects from initiation to completion.Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor progress, control costs, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Lead project teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Prepare and present project reports and documentation.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in managing large-scale civil construction projects.Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
