About The RoleImpact you will make As a Project Manager in FinThrive’s Insurance Discover for Payers business unit, you will lead high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You’ll be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex product and implementation projects—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines. Working closely with product, engineering, data science, and client teams, you will proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum across critical payer-facing programs.
