If you are a site-based leader with a background in construction or data centres and a talent for balancing rigorous compliance with efficient delivery, we want to hear from you.This is a role for a strategic operator who thrives in the field, managing the intersection of technical excellence, financial discipline, and team leadership.The MissionProject Ownership: Direct the end-to-end execution of complex utility and infrastructure projects.Operational Leadership: Coordinate internal teams and contractors to ensure every milestone is met on time and within scope.Standards and Compliance: Champion HSE, Quality, and Sustainability, ensuring every phase meets regulatory codes.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.The RequirementsExperience: 5+ years in Project Management, ideally within the Data Centre or Construction sectors.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in both English and German (B2 level or higher).Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office and experience leveraging AI tools for project data and efficiency.Financial Acumen: Proven success in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.Why Join Us?
