In this role, you’ll manage client accounts and provide day-to-day support to senior project leaders. You’ll collaborate across internal teams, support great creative work, and play a key role in shaping your own career.What You’ll Do:Take end-to-end ownership of your projects from brief to deliverySupport senior project leaders on client projectsContribute to a positive, collaborative agency culturePrepare accurate cost estimates, purchase orders, briefs, timetables, and WIP updates using tools like Pegasus and AsanaAttend client meetings and provide actionable summariesManage project finances and forecastingBuild strong client relationships through reliability and engagementBrief jobs into the studio with detailed specs and deadlinesCheck artwork for consistency, spelling/grammar, and brand guidelinesTrack artwork approvals internally and externallyEnsure agency processes and systems are followed for efficiency and qualityEscalate issues quickly while proposing solutionsWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years’ experience at a creative agency or design businessStrong client-facing and communication skillsUnderstanding of agency finances and forecasting processesHighly organised, detail-oriented, resilient, and determinedTenacious, resourceful, and happy to roll up your sleeves when neededAbout the Agency:This is a highly creative, full-service agency with a strong track record in property marketing.
