You’ll lead high-impact projects, collaborate across departments, and gain deep insights into technologies and workflows that fuel performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape operations and contribute to Magnet Forensics’ growth and innovation.Role ResponsibilitiesLead project teams associated with the evolution of our products and business processesDrive project scope and objective activities, ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved and that scope is technically feasible and deliverable within project timeframesDrive the delivery of multiple cross functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the processManage the relationship and expectations of external stakeholders/clientsTrack product work items across multiple organizational groupsPerform risk management to identify risks and then drive decisions on risk acceptance, reduction or eliminationProvide status updates and escalate to Management as neededEnsure prioritization and alignment of initiatives and that overall projects meet business and financial goalsProactively manage change ensuring clear understanding of impacts and facilitate the decision-making processCollaborate with our functional teams to ensure a smooth handover of project deliverablesCollaborate with hardware suppliers to implement processes that enable a high-performance supply chain.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMin 3-5 years’ experience managing projects in software, product, go-to-market or business systems.Sound knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques, and methodologiesProven success in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and leading project teamsDemonstrated problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skillsPMP, CAPM certifications considered an assetThe Most Important ThingWe’re looking for candidates that can provide examples of how they demonstrated Magnet CODE in their previous experiences.CARE -We care about each other and our mission to make a difference in the world.OWN -We are accountable for or results – while never forgetting to act with integrity, empathy, and respect.DEDICATE -We put our heart and soul into meeting the needs of our customers and helping them serve the people they protect.EVOLVE -We are constantly innovating and exploring new ways to work together to make an impact with our work.Compensation & BenefitsThe Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
