Project Manager Procure-To-Pay

The Project Manager - Procure-To-Pay (P2P) plays a key role in leading the execution of enterprise-wide digital supply chain programs to enhance Emerson's Procure-To-Pay capabilities. This role ensures that programs are relevant, impactful, and aligned with business unit needs while driving process excellence, cross-functional change management, and adoption of leading automation, AI, software, and data management solutions. If you are a proactive project manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys driving innovation through technology and process improvements, this opportunity is for you!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will BeLead the execution of enterprise-wide Digital Supply Chain initiatives across Procure-To-Pay, Data Management, and Analytics to achieve measurable business results;Partner with IT, Finance, and business unit stakeholders to ensure effective deployment and adoption of software, automation, AI, and data solutions;Develop and implement strategies to improve P2P processes, policies, and workflows across the regional footprint;Serve as the focal point for P2P technology solutions, collaborating with enterprise experts to leverage best practices in automation, software, AI, and data management;Drive cross-functional collaboration to standardize processes, ensuring a "One Emerson" approach to supply chain excellence;Identify opportunities and risks to enhance processes, policies, and technology ecosystem, recommending improvements to optimize performance;Support the development and execution of training programs to ensure effective utilization of standardized tools and processes across the Emerson Supply Chain community;Develop actionable plans to reduce redundant work and manage change effectively through analytical thinking, influence, and interpersonal skills;Communicate project status, risks, and recurring reports to leadership, escalating issues when necessary;Monitor business cases, budgets, and productivity goals for technology initiatives within scope, ensuring alignment with roadmap and business impact.Who You AreYou are a results-driven project manager with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
