Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Who are you?You are aProject Managerwith at least 5+years post-graduate experiencelooking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.Job DescriptionLead project tasks across all phases: planning, design, procurement, construction, furniture installation, and closeout.Develop project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets; monitor compliance with financial and scheduling constraints.Coordinate stakeholders—clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors—to ensure seamless collaboration.Organize and lead meetings, document minutes, and track action items to completion.Manage procurement: solicit quotations, recommend and appoint consultants/contractors, and oversee vendor orders.Ensure compliance with client documentation standards and control processes.Monitor and report progress, including budget tracking, schedule adherence, and issue resolution.Handle contract administration, including MSAs, change orders, RFIs, and shop drawings.Conduct site visits, quality control checks, and punch-list management during construction.Oversee project closeout, including payment processing, commissioning, documentation, and lessons learned workshops.QualificationsA minimum of5 to 7 years of experienceas a Real Estate Project Manager with a strong record of managing large-scale, complex projects from construction to completionCommercial real estate and public experience is requiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar fieldPMPcertification is highly desirableProficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project or P6, and other project management software.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Good with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you...100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services)Health spending account, to top up expenses not covered in the benefits programRRSP option with company matchingAnnual learning and development budgetAccess to a range of online learning tools, and support for career development and growthCoverage of one professional membership or license fee per year, if directly related to your roleWe believe in work-life balance, so you can recharge and take care of what matters most with vacation, flex and sick daysA flexible, hybrid work approach that allows colleagues to find balance between their professional and personal livesCommitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture that promotes a sense of belongingOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
