Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), the Project Manager will focus on governance activities for select enterprise-wide initiatives and CINO-specific projects. Responsibilities include communication with stakeholders, tracking and documenting project progress, identifying and analyzing risks and issues, making recommendations based on observed trends and feedback, and driving toward outcomes aligned with expected timeframes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to plan and coordinate cross-functional projects, by defining scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources, maintaining project timelines and documentationMonitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues that may ariseFacilitate team meetings and project updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project statusCommunicate effectively with project stakeholders, executive sponsors and oversight committee membersManage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation of team members and materialsDocument project requirements, changes, and feedback to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goalsParticipate in project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practicesConduct all business in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.All other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field8 years of experience in project management or coordinationProficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe and WaterfallStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to communicate effectively across all organizational levelsPreferred QualificationsExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ServiceNow SPMCertification in project management is a plusFamiliarity with software development processes and IT infrastructureExperience in SharePoint development and administration is a plusPhysical Activities & RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.Constantly operates a computer.Requires repetitive motion associated with heavy computer use.Note:“We are not the EOR (Employer of Record) for this position.
