Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end fintech projects, ensuring high-quality execution across product, technology, and business teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing digital financial products, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Project Planning & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fintech projects (payments, digital wallets, lending, integrations, compliance projects, etc.). Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure all departments are aligned on project requirements, timelines, and dependencies.Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, providing solutions and alternatives. Monitor project progress and manage changes in scope, timelines, and priorities. Ensure project issues are escalated and resolved promptly.Quality & Compliance Ensure deliverables meet functional requirements, technical standards, and regulatory compliance. Conduct reviews, testing follow-ups, and quality checks before launch. Manage documentation according to internal and external audit standards.Vendor & Partner Management Coordinate with external partners, fintech vendors, banking partners, and third-party providers. Monitor SLAs, deliverables, and integration timelines.Reporting & Documentation Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (BRDs, timelines, change requests, etc.).Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or tech. Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems (payments, wallets, API integrations, risk, KYC, compliance). Proven experience working with cross-functional product and technical teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong stakeholder and time-management skills. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a plus. Ownership & accountability. Strategic thinking & prioritization. Attention to detail. Technical understanding. Leadership & influence.
