This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.What are my responsibilities?Set up the procedures and tools for generating all kinds of internal and external reports in the projectEnsure the timely and quality preparation of reportsDevelop KPIs to support managers and the team in making accurate, data-driven decisionsDrive data transformation and bring added value through data analysis and reportingcollaborate with various business units and consortium partners to further develop the global reporting concept in the transformation of raw data to business insightsGather all input and prepare the Monthly Progress Reports for the customerDrive process improvement and automation to increase reporting accuracy and transparency while ensuring data synchronicity and up-to-date reportsDesign and develop visualizations using commercial BI software (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI)Identify the relationship between complex business data, propose structures of reports and provide managers with stories supported by data visualizations.What do I need to qualify for this job?Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Analytics etc.Minimum 3 years professional experience in data analytics and reportingGood knowledge of core project management and engineering processes e.g.: Document Mgmt., Requirement Mgmt., Scheduling, Interface Mgmt., Configuration Mgmt., etc.Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in all fields of data analytics, incl. database development, data visualization, data processing, scripting is a plusStrong analytical skills to turn large raw data sets into meaningful reportingAbility to comprehend the complexity of information flows in large infrastructure projectsAbility to comprehend the contract structure and the related contractual obligations vis-à-vis the customer and partnersStrong analytical, technical, functional, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Oracle Aconex, IBM DOORS, Oracle Primavera, Tableau, Power BI, Mendix, Office 365 tools (e.g.: Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.)Intercultural experienceFluent English language skills essential, both written and spokenIndependent and structured approach to workExcellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skillsMust be able to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural environmentEmphasizing on details while striving for the most efficient approachHigh level of customer and quality orientation together with strong abilities in consulting and implementationWhat else do I need to know?As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide, while also protecting the climate - all thanks to our employees.
