Senior Project Manager

Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale, complex projects from concept to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning skills.Key Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, execution, and closing. Manage large interdisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders. Review and approve project plans, schedules, and technical documentation. Oversee financial performance, cash flow, and resource planning. Ensure project risks are identified, analyzed, and mitigated. Communicate effectively with clients and senior management. Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and quality across all project phases. Make high-level decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field. 8–10 years of solid, progressive project management experience. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects successfully. Advanced knowledge of project methodologies and tools.
