Come be part of the transformation!What You'll Be Doing:Drive project planning, scheduling, reporting, and risk/issue management across diverse initiatives.Keep program registers (risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies) up to date and accurate.Support governance by crafting high-quality documentation, reports, and dashboards.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Proactively identify and resolve blockers to promote transparency and continuous improvement.Contribute to impact assessments, readiness planning, and post-implementation reviews.Collaborate with the Change Manager to execute change strategies that boost stakeholder engagement and platform adoption.Partner with the Change Lead to deliver compelling communications—newsletters, briefings, and stakeholder updates.Assist leadership with program briefings and executive presentations.Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners to manage dependencies.Organize and coordinate workshops, forums, and training sessions.Ensure all outcomes are clearly documented, tracked, and communicated.Key Selection Criteria:Demonstrated experience in project or program coordination in large/complex environments.Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile team facilitator.Understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).Proven ability to prepare and deliver engaging communication materials.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent).Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) desirable.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' or send your updated CV at Daniela.Sales@hays.com.auAt Hays, we value diversity and are passionate about placing people in a role where they can flourish and succeed.
