Project/Program Manager I

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects and programs in Bellevue, WA 98004. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating tasks, managing deadlines, and working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively.Responsibilities:• Manage the coordination and execution of projects and programs, ensuring all objectives are met within established timelines.• Set project deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress while keeping stakeholders informed of developments.• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and efficient project delivery.• Prepare detailed reports for upper management, summarizing project status, challenges, and achievements.• Ensure adherence to best practices and procedures throughout project execution.• Lead and direct the efforts of team members, fostering collaboration and maintaining focus on goals.• Utilize creative problem-solving to address challenges and optimize project outcomes.• Monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.• Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates.• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.• 2-4 years of proven experience in project or program management.• Strong knowledge of project planning, procedures, and best practices.• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to create and present detailed reports to leadership teams.• Familiarity with vendor management and quality assurance processes.• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
