Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth and business expansion in the project sales segment.Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with system integrators (SI) and project clients.Develop strategies to integrate sales processes effectively across multiple project stages.Identify new project opportunities and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to deliver tailored project solutions that align with customer requirements.Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and progress reports to management.Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support business strategy.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3–4 years of experience in project sales, preferably in B2B or system integration industries.Strong professional network and connections with System Integrators (SI).Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Skills:Experience in sales integration and project coordination.Understanding of technical or industrial project sales cycles.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
