The Property Advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any client concerns. Daily tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requests, and addressing and resolving any client issues promptly. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsExperience in client relationship management and customer serviceStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the real estate and luxury housing market is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
