Role Description This is a contract role for a Property Advisor, based on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Property Advisor will assist clients in buying, selling, or investing in properties, leveraging market knowledge, industry insights, and data to offer tailored recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building client relationships, preparing investment proposals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions for clients. Qualifications Strong Communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationshipsKnowledge of Property Management and handling real estate transactionsUnderstanding of Investments and comprehensive market analysisCustomer Service orientation with problem-solving abilitiesBasic knowledge of Finance related to real estate transactions is a plusResults-oriented, with excellent negotiation and organizational skillsProficiency in real estate industry tools and technologyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fieldExperience in the New York City real estate market is advantageous
