Senior Property Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will oversee client consultations to understand their property needs, provide exceptional customer service, and offer expert advice on property options. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with potential buyers, conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for clients. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on the current real estate market trends and competitor activities.Qualifications Strong Consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.2 -3 Years of working in the real estate market as a developerExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust and build lasting relationshipsProven Sales experience with a focus on achieving and exceeding targetsIn-depth knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including market trends and property valuationHigh level of professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site settingProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant softwareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferredFluency in English is a mustProactive, organized, and self-motivated with excellent negotiation skills
