Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant with 1–5 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and follow up with potential clients through calls, meetings, and property tours.Present available projects and units in a professional and compelling manner.Provide accurate information regarding prices, payment plans, project features, and availability.Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to increase referrals and repeat business.Conduct site visits with clients and explain the advantages of the projects and units.Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new project launches.Prepare and deliver sales presentations when required.Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.Requirements1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Good command of English (preferred).Presentable, positive, and customer-oriented personality.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.BenefitsCommission in Advance:Receive 5,000 EGP for every 1,000,000 EGP in achieved sales.Social & Medical Insurance after 3 months.Laptop and Mobile Phone provided by the company.Competitive basic salary.Continuous training and development.Supportive and professional work environment.Working Days & Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMLocation: Sheikh Zayed – 6th of October (near West Point Mall)
