Every property and guest experience reflects our commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and personalised service.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in Christchurch.This is a part-time on-site or hybrid position, starting at a minimum of 10 hours per week with the opportunity to expand into a full-time role over time. You’ll work closely with the team to support day-to-day operations and ensure our clients and guests enjoy a seamless experience.Hours are flexible and can be tailored for the right candidate.QualificationsExperience and confidence using MRI Palace or similar property management softwareLevel 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management (required)Excellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks beyond the daily normAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressureProven experience in property management or a similar roleEligibility to work in New ZealandA full driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicleWhy Join Us?At Perfect Stays, you’ll be part of a small, passionate team that values initiative, flexibility, and genuine care for both people and properties.
