Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner – Wigan Talking TherapiesAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join the Wigan Talking Therapies team on a permanent basis.Wigan Talking Therapies is a well-established, high-performing service with a strong reputation for delivering excellent care and outcomes within the Talking Therapies sector. We also place a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, offering resources and initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work–life balance.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic practitioner to join a service that not only delivers high-quality care but also actively supports the growth and wellbeing of its workforce.The post holder will work within Wigan Talking Therapies to deliver evidence-based, low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions to individuals experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression.As part of our dedicated and experienced team, you will receive close support from the management team and regular guidance from Senior PWPs to ensure high-quality clinical practice and professional growth.You will be employed by the Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, benefiting from the resources and stability of a large, well-established organisation, while also being embedded in a local, integrated network of mental health and wellbeing services across Wigan.
