IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Monitoring and follow-up of Corporate Services Faults with regional technical support teams on a daily, weekly & monthly basis, along with escalation to higher management as required to keep Technical MTTR in check.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENTPerforming RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on prolonged & repeated faults to improve MTTRResponsible for co-ordination among regional offices in the domain of Corporate Technical Operations for compilation of operational data, various performance & inventory trackers related to Corporate SupportProposing and implementing IT-based solutions to improve reporting & analysis including but not limited to creation of new automated reports, automation of dashboards, introduction of new functionality as well as responsible for implementation of changes in existing systems. Preparing business cases for procurement of spare parts and hiring of additional resources to improve O&M activities.
ā¢ Proposing improvements in existing processes for improvement in operational efficiency of Corporate Operations. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULQualification: BE/BS Electrical/Telecommunication/IT and Networking. Any Certification CCNA/CCNP would be advantageous. Relevant ExperienceCompetencies: Experience in Operational Activities Management would be preferred. Good MS Office skills, Experience of working with SAP Business Objects, CRM & MicroStrategy BI tools.
