The team is dedicated to helping brands stand out through innovative communication strategies.Role DescriptionThe PR & Communications Manager is responsible for shaping the public perception of our clients by developing and executing PR strategies, managing media relationships, and driving influential storytelling across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.This role combines strategic communications, writing excellence, and strong media intuition, with an ability to work across culture, government, enterprise, and lifestyle sectors.Key Responsibilities1. PR Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute PR strategies that elevate client visibility and alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.Identify narratives, angles, and story opportunities that resonate with the Saudi media landscape.Build quarterly and annual PR calendars across industries.2. Media RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Saudi and GCC journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and media outlets.Pitch stories and secure interviews, features, profiles, and thought leadership placements.Ensure consistent brand presence in business, government, leadership, HR, and cultural publications.3. Writing & Content DevelopmentDraft press releases, media statements, briefing documents, speeches, opinion articles, and interviews.Adapt messaging for different platforms and tones (English & Arabic preferred).Ensure clarity, cultural nuance, and strategic relevance in all content.4. Executive PositioningSupport CEO and C-level thought leadership development for clients.Prepare talking points, interview scripts, Q&As, and panel notes.Oversee visibility at events, podcasts, roundtables, and leadership forums.5. Crisis & Reputation SupportMonitor media sentiment and handle sensitive messaging with precision.Advise on proactive and reactive communications.6. Coordination & ReportingWork closely with account directors, social media teams, and content teams for integrated communication.Produce monthly PR reports: placements, reach, insights, and recommendations.Requirements3–7+ years of PR or communications experience (agency, media, corporate, or government).Strong understanding of Saudi media, culture, and news cycles.Excellent writing skills (English required; Arabic is a major advantage).Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and newsroom-style workflows.Established media relationships in KSA or the ability to build them quickly.Experience in thought leadership, executive PR, and storytelling.Confident communicator who can handle senior stakeholders.Preferred QualitiesCulturally fluent and aware of Saudi business etiquette.Highly organized and proactive with strong follow-through.Curious, articulate, and passionate about storytelling.Calm and strategic under pressure.Understands Vision 2030 narrative and national transformation themes.QualificationsStrong skills and experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, and managing press releasesProven ability in Strategic Communications and crafting effective communication plansExcellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with media professionals and clientsUnderstanding of brand reputation management and knowledge of the GCC marketAbility to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational and multitasking skillsPrior experience in a public relations or marketing role, preferably within the fashion, hospitality, healthcare, or sports industries, is a plusBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
