The role includes preparing high-quality sushi and shamba dishes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining a hygienic and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities also include menu planning, ingredient preparation, and collaborating with the kitchen team to uphold consistency and presentation standards. The Chef Shushi Shamba will also be expected to maintain inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients used. Qualifications Expert knowledge and skills in Sushi and Shamba preparation and presentationExperience in menu creation, ingredient selection, and portion controlStrong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standardsTeamwork, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staffTime management, multitasking, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environmentPrior experience as a sushi chef or in a similar culinary role is highly recommendedCulinary certification or training in Japanese cuisine is advantageousWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
