Resolve escalated customer issues (3rd level) with empathy and efficiencyIndependently analyse data and draw out insightsProvide continuous quality improvements, backlog prioritizations and ticket managementMonitor the operational performance of 3rd party customer service providers against defined goals and requirementsRegular reporting on customer service performanceSecure consistent service communication throughout all touchpoints.
