About The JobThe PV Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales of distributed, residential, industrial, and commercial photovoltaic projects. The role involves customer engagement, solution presentation, project follow-up, and ensuring successful completion of the sales process.Responsibilities Identify and develop new market opportunities for photovoltaic projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Engage potential clients, conduct needs assessments, and provide professional solar system solutions. Perform site surveys, explain system designs, and analyze cost-benefit aspects for clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution from signing to installation and repayment. Maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on solar energy trends, technologies, and competitor activities.Requirements Minimum Certificate required — skills and performance matter most. At least 1 year of sales experience (experience in solar, energy, or related industries will be an added advantage). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales success. Strong learning ability with readiness to grasp solar product knowledge and sales techniques quickly.
