Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and guiding customers through their insurance options.Key Responsibilities Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products (life, health, auto, property, etc.) Present and explain insurance policy options to potential clients Develop customized insurance plans based on clients' requirements and budget Follow up on leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Assist clients with application forms, policy changes, renewals, and claims Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes Participate in training sessions and sales meetings as requiredExperience, Skills & Competencies Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or a related field Proven experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a similar customer-facing role Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of insurance policies and risk management Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus Relevant insurance license as required by state regulations
