Your mission is to ensure quality oversight of packaging and labeling operations performed by multiple partners across Europe and Asia, guaranteeing compliance with EU and Belgian regulatory requirements, GMP/GDP standards, and corporate quality guidelines. You will act as a key contact for quality activities, manage critical documentation, and contribute to audit readiness and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure quality oversight of packaging and labeling operations performed by external partnersMaintain compliance with EU and Belgian regulations, GMP/GDP standards, and company quality systemsAct as SME for packaging and labeling processesReview and approve packaging/labelling instructions, batch records, and incoming materialsParticipate in deviation investigations, change control assessments, and self-inspectionsSupport regulatory inspections and ensure audit readinessManage QP declarations, GMP certificates, and related documentationMonitor quality metrics, perform trending analysis, and contribute to continuous improvementEnsure proper handling and storage of documents in compliance with quality system requirementsCollaborate with global quality teams, business partners, and regulatory affairs.Profile / RequirementsYour ProfileYou hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field)You have a strong knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and EU regulatory standardsYou are experienced in QA activities related to packaging and labeling in the pharmaceutical industryYou are familiar with quality systems and tools (SAP, TrackWise, Metrics Database)You are able to communicate easily and have a preference for a collaborative workAbility to work in a dynamic, international environmentYou communicate fluently in both English and French.Recruitment ProcessBy applying for the QA Batch Release position, you will go through the following steps:Olivia Braszko, TA Specialist at Nalys, will review your application and schedule an initial screeningA second interview will be held with one of our technical expertsFinal interview with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.Ready to take on this challenge?
