Quality Analyst

What you'll be doingDeveloping and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and evaluate the quality of our products and servicesConducting regular inspections, audits, and testing to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformancesAnalysing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvementCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problemsProviding training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practicesEnsuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.What we're looking forMinimum of atleast 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality management principles, statistical process control, and root cause analysisProficient in using quality control tools and software, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standardsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
