We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and structured testing discipline to ensure product stability, scalability, and excellence across multiple squads.Work Setup:Position: Full-TimeLocation: Mayapada Tower 1, JakartaWorking Days: Monday to FridayResponsibilities:Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and integration scenariosCollaborate with Product Managers, TPMs, and Engineers to validate requirements and ensure clarity before developmentIdentify, document, and track defects with precision and actionable insightsImplement structured testing frameworks and automation scripts to maintain delivery velocityEnsure release readiness through consistent QA governance and measurable quality metricsSupport continuous integration and delivery pipelines to enforce stability at every stageDrive root-cause analysis and quality improvements across teamsRequirements:3–5 years experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Automation EngineeringStrong analytical and critical thinking applied to testing logic and defect identificationHands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, Selenium, or CypressSolid understanding of API testing, SQL validation, and automation frameworksStructured documentation and test case management using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent toolsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA processes in Agile environmentsCommitment to clean, repeatable, and scalable QA practices
