Join us as we grow and innovate in the organic industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in Bhiwandi. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring quality control processes and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Daily tasks include conducting quality audits, maintaining quality management systems, and collaborating with production teams to implement quality improvements.1. FSSC implementation is followed at each floor or each department 2. Plan MRM and internal audits3. QC testing4. FSSAI and legal metrology related tasks 5. Routinely follow whether conditions of license requirements are fulfilled 6. Initiate activities for food safety culture building7. Organic certification Understanding & process8.Documentation handling & upkeep over each department 9.Team Player & Good AttitudeQualificationsProficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practicesExperience and knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)Strong skills in Quality AuditingExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site settingPrevious experience in the food and beverage industry is beneficialBachelor's & Master's degree in Quality Management, Food Science, or related field
