Job Description:Quality Assurance SpecialistRequirements Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably in hospitality, manufacturing, or service industry. Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection processes, and continuous improvement principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Able to develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and SOPs. Skilled in identifying process gaps and recommending corrective actions. Good communication and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS). Strong leadership and coordination abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach. Flexible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
