Quality Control Lead

Job Description:  -     Review and understand software requirements, specifications, and technical documents. -     Design test cases(Test case common, Checklist, Scenraio testing), develop, and execute test cases based on product requirements and functional specifications. -     Perform manual testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications to identify defects and ensure quality. -     Write and execute automated test scripts.-     Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.). -     Collaborate with the development team to resolve identified defects. -     Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release planning. -     Ensure test coverage by reviewing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. -     Assist in regression, integration, and performance testing.Job Requirements:  -     Having at least 5 year of experience working in Tester position-     At least 2 years of experience in team leadership, including leading and mentoring a QA team of around 10 members.-     Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and testing methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in real projects.-     Strong knowledge of the defect/bug life cycle, root cause analysis, and quality improvement practices.-     Proven experience in API testing and working with SQL for data validation.-     Proficient in using test management, bug tracking, and version control tools (e.g. Jira, Git).-     Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent time and task management skills, able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.-     Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.-     Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, domains, and processes, and continuously improve testing practices.·  Plus:-     Experience in Trading/Financial domain is a strong advantage.-     Experience or knowledge of test automation using Playwright with JS/TS is a plus.v Our benefit:  -     Salary: Upto 2000-     Benefit: Social Insurance, 12 paid leaves, Happy hour, Team building -     Bonus: Birthday, holidays, Training support, Referrals Bonus, Completing project bonus, Seniority bonus, Bonus for improving skill courses.  Location and time:  -     From Monday to Friday, 08h50 - 18h00; Break 12h00 - 13h00   -     2nd Floor, Victory House Tower, 19- 23 Dinh Bo Linh Street, Ward 24, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City   Contact information:  -     Ms: Nhan HR- 0963 584 894   -     Email: hr@lfglobaltech.com
