Quality Symstem Engineer (20-28 triệu VNĐ) - Bắc Ninh

Work location: Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park, Bac Ninh[Job Description (JD)]: 1. Quality & Environmental Management System ImplementationImplement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.Establish and continuously improve quality system procedures and documentation.Develop and execute internal audit plans.Lead internal audits, process audits, and product audits according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.Prepare audit reports, corrective action plans, and follow up on action effectiveness and closure.Identify deviations against ISO standards, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.2. Process Quality ManagementHandle process deviations and follow up Corrective Action Requests (CAR).Maintain and update Process FMEA database and control methods.Manage change control process to ensure quality compliance.Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) activities.Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.Conduct line audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.Provide quality-related training to QC staff and operators when necessary.3. Customer SupportAct as liaison with customers on quality-related matters.Conduct failure analysis (FA) and support customer complaint handling.Prepare quality reports and improvement plans when required.4.
