Quality Control Section Head

Job Brief :We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Section Head to lead the inspection and quality control activities across the golf car manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.This role involves supervising a team of QC inspectors and technicians, developing inspection protocols, monitoring production quality, identifying root causes of defects, and implementing corrective actions. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).7–12 years of total experience in quality control.At least 2–4 years in a supervisory or leadership role (team leader, senior QC engineer, or assistant manager).Proven background in manufacturing other industry-specific QC systems.Strong knowledge of quality tools & methodologiesCertified TQM ( Total quality management )Understanding of international quality standards and local regulations.Experience with internal/external audits.Ability to set up and monitor KPIs for quality performance.Ability to lead and train QC teams.Strong communication and reporting skillsConflict resolution and problem-solving.Hands-on experience in inspection, testing, and compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).If you are interested please send me your CV basma.waleed@matgr.comKindly mention the Job title as a subject of e-mail
