Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Specialist located in Durrës. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating product quality at all stages of production. Daily tasks include conducting quality inspections, implementing quality assurance measures, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role also involves auditing processes to maintain high industry standards and recommending improvements to enhance overall quality. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologiesExperience with Quality Management and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)Knowledge of Quality Auditing to ensure compliance with established standardsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamBachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferredPrior experience in manufacturing, especially in the construction industry, is an advantage
