Learn more about how we engineer confidence into every build by visiting our website.The RoleAs a Quality Coordinator EMEA, you will support the Victaulic Europe Quality Manager in maintaining and continuously improving Victaulic’s Quality Management System. You will manage audits, customer complaints, corrective actions, and product assessments, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and European regulatory requirements. In addition, you will coordinate environmental and packaging compliance activities, contribute to improvement initiatives, and work closely with international facilities and cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Regulatory, and Distribution.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Plan, coordinate, and document internal and external audits in line with ISO standards and Victaulic’s Quality Management System.Manage and monitor CAPA processes, ensuring timely root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions.Maintain and provide training on the Quality Management System, including quality documentation, procedures, and records.Support management reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and KPIs.Evaluate customer complaints and coordinate product inspections, assessments, and corrective actions.Support product assessments and qualification activities with engineering and production teams.Coordinate material holds, recalls, and quality alerts with Victaulic Headquarters and international sites.Support environmental management activities, including waste stream reporting, packaging compliance, and sustainability initiatives.Liaise with sourcing, supply chain, and logistics teams to improve packaging standards and documentation.About YouBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.3–5 years’ experience in a quality or compliance role, preferably in a European industrial/manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 management systems, audits, CAPA, calibration, and change control.Experience in project/product evaluation, root cause analysis, and process improvement.Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are an advantage.Comfortable in a cross-functional, international environment with occasional travel.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and digital quality tools for tracking, reporting, and documentation.Strong Excel skills, including data handling, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting.What Working At Victaulic OffersAttractive remuneration package – including health insurance, pension plan, meal and eco vouchers.Personal growth – well-defined career paths with training and development.Positive team environment – collaborative, supportive culture with team-building and afterwork activities.Global exposure – work with teams across international facilities and diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.At Victaulic, our success thrives on the ingenuity, passion, and dedication of our people – building a future of innovation together!
