The company plays a leading role in ensuring product quality, compliance, and operational excellence across EMEA.They’ve recently invested heavily in modernising their quality and logistics infrastructure, including a new Warranty Returns Centre and advanced systems integration. The environment suits individuals who value collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement in a technically advanced setting.The OpportunityThis is a key hire within the company’s European Distribution Centre, focused on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and driving operational excellence across warehouse and logistics functions.You’ll take ownership of QMS activities, audits, and CAPAs, working closely with both leadership and operational teams to improve processes and uphold high-quality standards. It’s a hands-on role that offers visibility with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to help shape the site’s quality culture as operations continue to grow.Key Responsibilities• Manage and maintain the site’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).• Plan and lead internal and external audits, liaising with certification bodies.• Lead root-cause investigations, non-conformities, and CAPA implementation.• Drive quality awareness and deliver training across teams.• Support data-driven decisions on KPIs, performance, and risk management.• Manage QMS documentation, change control, and improvement initiatives.• Collaborate on continuous improvement and harmonisation projects across EMEA.About You• Experience managing or auditing ISO 9001 QMS (within logistics, distribution, or manufacturing).• Strong understanding of CAPA, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Hands-on, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.• Fluent English required; conversational Dutch strongly preferred.What’s on Offer• Competitive salary• Stable, global organisation investing in quality and process innovation• Opportunity to take ownership of quality systems and drive real improvement• Collaborative, supportive team environment with strong leadership visibility
