Quality Engineer

Role SummaryGestamp Mor (Hungary) is looking for a experienced and skilled Senior quality engineer to the quality team with full-time contract.If you would like to work in a modern, robotic environment, be involved in new project, this is the place for you!We are one of the biggest automotive supplier in the world, in GESTAMP Mor we are manufacturing pressed and welded chassis parts.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the analysis of internal/external claims of her/his products, follow up 8D-s, implement actions. Prepare the related riport and documentation to the customer quality engineer.Keep in touch with the customer quality engineer and with production area.Prepare and review production and quality control related processes in order to decrease non-conformities.Perform and coordinate product and process auditsPrepare and perform internal audits.She/He is the responsible of the fulfillment of the APQP process when launching a new productCoordinate trials involving area responsiblesMake PPAP documentation, discuss it with customer quality engineerSupervise, document, validate and audit sorting and rework activitiesUnderstand and articulate what is required to engage stakeholders through technology, process, and behavioral changesCreate strategies to support the change effort which include recommendations for change related approaches, activities, and deliverablesApply change management processes and tools to support the adoption required by a project or initiative to maximize return on investmentConduct impact analyses to understand that change journey, identifying potential resistance and mitigation tacticsKey Qualifications/RequirementsFluent Hungarian language knowledge is mandatoryProficiency English level skills are required German language knowledge is an advantage Knowledge and EducationAdvanced technical/quality BA or MA degreeWork ExperienceMin. 3 years experience in automotive industryAdditional informationWe offer:Competitive benefits (bonuses, travelling support,recommendation programme)Responsible jobProfessional teamModern, multinational environmentLong-term, stable job opportunities in a constantly growing company
