The Company with its head-quarters in Winterthur, Switzerland, is listed on the SIX Swiss Ex-change (ticker symbol AUTN).Your ResponsibilitiesEnsuring product qualityEvaluating and processing customer complaints both at our production site and at our customers' premisesCarrying out regular process capability studies and internal product audits, including test planningResponsible preparation and support of customer audits at our production plantMaterial testing on plastic productsPreparing evaluations and quality reportsMaintaining and further developing the existing QM system in accordance with IATF 16949 and participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP)Monitoring and optimization of quality-related processes, including proper documentationCoordination of customer requirements within the scope of feasibility studies and compliance with agreed deadlines for production process/product approvals and requalificationsTraining of employees in quality-related topicsRecording and management of relevant QM KPIsAdministration of the area of responsibilityPerforming measurements and tests using 3D measurement technology to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality requirementsActing as test equipment representative, including organizing, managing, and monitoring the test equipment used, as well as conducting relevant training coursesYour QualificationsTraining as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, relevant technical training or a technically oriented bachelor's degree (all m/f/d)Ideally, several years of relevant professional experience in quality and complaint managementGood user knowledge of common error analysis tools (e.g., Ishikawa, 5W)Confident use of PCs and MS Office; SAP knowledge advantageousGood written and spoken English and GermanReliability and a high sense of responsibilityWe offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic environment with performance-based remuneration, short decision-making processes, active health care, discounted meals in our company restaurant, and much more.If you are interested, please send your application, statingyour earliest possible starting date and yoursalary expectations.Please only use the PDF format for your file attachments.We look forward to hearing from you!
