Exciting 24 month development opportunity to work for a global medical device leader dedicated to helping people see brilliantly. The largest device company in the world – with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care - is hiring a Quality Engineer to join their team!Location: Duluth, GAExperience: New grads welcome! 1–2 years of experience a plusPay: $25.00-35.00/hr DOE**Benefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching***Responsibilities:Lead quality activities including product impact assessments, non-conformance investigations, and quarantine management.Serve as the Quality lead on Production Triage teams—driving issue resolution and ensuring compliance with FDA (21 CFR 820), ISO, and internal standards.Conduct process and production audits, analyze results for trends, and recommend improvements.Champion process improvement projects—from business case through implementation.Perform failure investigations, apply root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldNew grads welcome! 1–2 years of experience is a plus!Medical device experience is a plus!
