Job DescriptionSummary and Attributes:Food & Beverage Supervisors oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. This role involves supervising team members, managing inventory, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain a premier guest experienceSupervise and lead kitchen operations during eventsCoach and lead team members in all kitchen positions Ensure a safe work environment for team membersOpen or close food & beverage locationsEnforce and uphold food safety and food handling proceduresManage and report inventory levels and wasteOperate cooking equipment (grill, fryer, ovens, hot dog roller, popcorn machine) and POS systemTroubleshoot equipmentEnforce company policiesEnsure clean workstationsAssist F&B leadership with deliveries, organization, and weekly cleaningImplement and enforce new proceduresEffectively handle and document emergency situationsWork shifts as a cook, sales associate, and a food runner.Education And ExperienceHigh school graduateServe safe certification preferredMinimum of two years’ experience in food & beverageTwo years’ experience leading a teamKnowledge of food safety and food handling proceduresExperience in sports is a plusKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesPossess strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task projects in varying priorityHave strong problem-solving abilities with quick decision makingFlexible availability; must be willing and able to work nights and weekends. Hours per week vary depending on eventsAdaptability and flexibilityPossess a valid Georgia driver’s licenseAbility to work independently while exercising good judgmentMaintain a positive customer service mindset during events, particularly under stressful conditionsMaintain professional work ethic and demeanorAbility to analyze and comprehend logisticsMust possess positive attitude and reflection of our champions valuesWork EnvironmentRegular attendance is a necessary job function required for this position. Weekend and evening work will be required.Active indoor and outdoor Food & Beverage locations are subject to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidityAbility to regularly lift 30-pound objects (boxes, drinks, equipment, etc.)Walking and standing for long periods of time
