The company is committed to manufacturing excellence through systematic quality control.Role SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and meticulous Quality Executive to join the Operations Unit at the Ja Ela facility. This role is fundamental to ensuring that all manufactured rim components and assemblies meet stringent global quality standards and customer specifications before, during, and after the production process. The Quality Executive will be responsible for executing inspection protocols, maintaining documentation, and supporting process adherence across the manufacturing floor to ensure component reliability in demanding off-road applications.Necessary Trainings will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesInspection and Quality Control (QC) ExecutionConduct meticulous in-process, final, and pre-shipment inspections of rim components and welded assemblies using specialized measuring equipment (e.g., gauges, calipers, micrometers).Perform checks on incoming raw materials and procured parts (e.g., steel grade, thickness, and material composition) to ensure compliance with stringent engineering specifications.Identify, document, and quarantine non-conforming products immediately, initiating the appropriate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) procedure.Documentation and ReportingMaintain precise, up-to-date quality records, inspection checklists, and full product traceability documentation for every manufactured batch.Prepare detailed quality reports on rejection rates, root cause analysis (RCA), and key quality metrics for review by the Quality Manager and Operations team.Assist in the preparation of quality documentation required for customer submissions or regulatory audits (e.g., material test certificates and dimensional reports).Process Adherence and ImprovementActively monitor production processes, particularly welding, machining, and painting, to ensure strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Control Plans.Collaborate with Production Supervisors to implement immediate corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues found during inspection.Participate in internal audits and support the maintenance of the facility’s quality management system (e.g., ISO 9001 and industry-specific certifications).Calibration and SafetyAssist in the maintenance and proper calibration checks of all quality inspection and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy of measurements.Ensure strict adherence to all company safety protocols and quality guidelines within the production environment.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably within a heavy metal fabrication, automotive component, or industrial engineering/manufacturing environment.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (welding, machining, assembly). Familiarity with engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) is a strong advantage.Education: A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Management, or a related technical field.Skills: Proficient in using precision measuring instruments. Good computer skills for data entry and report generation.Attributes: High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with shop floor personnel regarding quality standards.
