Quality Manager

JOB PURPOSE The Job Role ensures that the requirements for factory’s quality assurance ability are effectively implemented and maintained by the factory. RESPONSIBLITIESHe/she is responsible to respect the confidentiality of the acquired information;He/she observes Safety and Environment procedures issued by the Company for the individual and collective protection and for the environmental aspects;He/she is responsible to respect the indication of the Manual and of the Environmental and Safety procedures for the related area. He/she is responsible to respect the indication of the Manual and of the Quality Management System procedures for the related area. TASK / ACTIVITIES Understanding and complying with the usage and marking requirements of compulsory product certification/CQC voluntary certification, conditions of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly.In charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standardsEstablish Flow Process Chart (FPC), Control Plan (CP) for new model. Review/Update when necessary.Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer.Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to CustomerFollow Initial Control of new model.Prepare/follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation…)Solve Customer Claim (receive information from customers, coordinate other depts to find out root cause/ corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer).Control Internal/ External changing point.KEY RESULT AREASEnsuring that certified products meet the requirements of certification standards and are consistent with the approved type test samples.Evaluate, approve and/or provide expertise for problem solving (e.g., root cause and robust permanent corrective actions), internal/external audit preparation, etc.WORK EXPRIENCEAt least 3 years' experience in a similar role in Quality Management within Manufacturing companies.QUALIFICATIONBachelor's degree in Engineering (any major).Knowledge of applicable regulations and quality standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and leadership skills.English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC processesTECHNICAL – PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES Problem SolvingQuality Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC..etc)Planning ToolsLANGUAGESEnglish and Vietnamese
