Quality Specialist – Assessment & RatingFull Time | Permanent | Paddington, QLDCatholic Early EdCare (CEEC) is building a new Quality Team — and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate Quality Specialist to be part of this exciting next chapter.If you’re driven by improving outcomes for children, supporting educators, and strengthening quality across early learning services, this is an opportunity to create meaningful impact across our organisation.About the RoleAs a Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in lifting service performance and building capability across CEEC. Working within the National Quality Framework (NQF), you will guide services through the full Assessment & Rating (A&R) process, lead quality improvement initiatives, and support leaders to embed best practice.This position is based at our Paddington office and requires regular travel across our services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support services through every stage of the Assessment & Rating cycleConduct readiness reviews, documentation audits, and mock assessmentsAnalyse outcomes and identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop tailored action plans and quality improvement strategiesProvide coaching and mentoring to service leaders and teamsCollaborate with Quality, Safeguarding, and Compliance teams to strengthen organisational practiceAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood, Education, or Community ServicesStrong knowledge of the NQF and the Assessment & Rating processExperience in quality, compliance, or leadership within the ECEC sectorExcellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build strong relationships and influence practiceA Driver’s Licence, Blue Card, and relevant compliance clearancesWhy Join Catholic Early EdCare?At CEEC, you’ll join a supportive, mission-driven organisation where your work truly matters.
