Attend tender meetings.Conduct Onsite measurements.Conduct site visit to check on site conditionMonitor project progress and manage variations in costs.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in construction quantity surveying, preferably in flooring.Strong knowledge of flooring materials, methods, and industry standards.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.Able to read construction drawings.Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and MS Office Suite.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Willing to travel outstation.Working Hours:Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pmRemunerationsMYR 3,500 - MYR 4,500Consultant In-ChargeAndrea Low | andrea.low@hunters-in.com | 018 225 3693
