The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning, and preparing comprehensive cost reports. The role also involves closely monitoring project cost control and ensuring financial efficiency in projects by working collaboratively with project teams. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost ManagementStrong knowledge and experience in preparing and managing BOQsSkills in Cost Planning and Cost ReportingExcellent analytical and numerical skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related fieldRelevant certification in quantity surveying or project management is a plusProficiency in relevant software tools for cost management and project estimation
